Bel Brands Australia moved from a distributor model, to an in-country direct model, nationwide and required Independent Account Management, Field Teams Services and Execution.
The objective was to grow sales and ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to supply partners and customers. Bel also required domestic support around point of sale and execution of POS.
